So as we go through, some people going to ask, is ChatGPT AI Agent Builder better than N8N?
So if we pull up N8N over here, what I would say here is like ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is really, really good for building out quick agents like you can see.

You don’t need to understand like JSON or anything like that.

ChatGPT AI Agent Builder almost feels like the Apple of AI agent builders.
Now if we went over to N8N, N8N is a lot more complicated.
N8N breaks way more.
There’s a lot more problems with N8N and it just feels a lot more messy, right?
I mean, even for example, if we go down the list here with N8N, it’s so difficult once you built a lot of AI agents to figure out, okay, what are these workflows about?
And how do I review them with N8N and that sort of thing?
And then sometimes N8N breaks, sometimes they stop working.
Sometimes the APIs run out of credits with N8N and that sort of thing.
You don’t know why the workflow isn’t working because you have to check and proofread every single part of the modules in N8N.
And so I would say if you want something simple and fast, honestly ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is pretty good, right?
You can use platform openai and ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is super quick.
If you want something that is a bit more customizable and you’re a bit more technical, then I would say N8N is kind of like the next step up from ChatGPT AI Agent Builder, right?
So you’re kind of graduating up.

The real thing I would say is like the only problem with ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is it is a little bit more complex just to actually publish it, right?

I wouldn’t say I mean like you’ve I think you’ve this comes down to the quality of the prompts because like ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is still hallucinating despite all the reasoning that’s inside this template.
It’s not that useful with ChatGPT AI Agent Builder.
It can do live web searches which I do like, but I don’t like the fact that it’s just it’s just struggling, isn’t it?
And it’s a lot of work with ChatGPT AI Agent Builder.
I could just go straight into ChatGPT and that’d be 10 times faster.
So for stuff like automating simple tasks, you know, SEO content writing, linking it to MCP servers, I think those two things could be good once I figure out how to use MCPs with ChatGPT AI Agent Builder.
I don’t like the fact and I’m just being I like to be fully transparent with you, right?
So I’m not going to say ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is amazing if it’s not amazing.
But for like Q&As, for training it as an agent, I think ChatGPT AI Agent Builder is going to struggle a little bit.
All right.
Like even for example here, I’ve asked for a news roundup and it’s just not come back to me with ChatGPT AI Agent Builder.
So I don’t know.
You’re better off just using ChatGPT directly.
And if you want to build something really crazy, then you can build with N8N.
Google Opal vs ChatGPT AI Agent Builder
You know what I actually prefer and I’m going to say it’s it’s 10 times easier to use this is Opal, right?
If you’ve not used Google Opal, that’s basically Google’s version of N8N.
And I would say that is genuinely better than ChatGPT AI Agent Builder.
Like genuinely much more much easier to use.
Actually works first time around.
You can see an example of how it looks so similar.
So it’s got the chat over here and then the preview over here.
One of the biggest differences as well is like with Opal, you can quickly build like a video generator, right?
And quite often the workflows work really well.
Plus you can test them and I would say it’s easier to use and get your head around.
Whereas for example if you’re using AI agents inside ChatGPT AI Agent Builder, it’s hit and miss as you’ve seen today.
It’s hit and miss.
Opal is a lot better.
I’ve actually done a few live streams on Opal as well.
