Step 2: Pick a Profitable Faceless AI Niche
Your niche decides your audience and your income. Start with trending, high-volume topics using Google Trends. Search what’s hot right now—AI, ChatGPT, automation, productivity—and go deep on one theme.
You can also ask ChatGPT directly: “Knowing what you know about me, what faceless AI YouTube niches could I dominate?” GPT’s memory feature tailors results to your strengths.
For me, that meant AI automation, productivity, and AI SEO—topics with consistent demand and high-value audiences.
B2B Beats B2C
Business audiences have bigger budgets. My own channel reaches over 2.1 million people per month—and B2B traffic generates more ad revenue per view.

Step 3: Create Faceless AI Videos
You can make high-quality videos two ways:
- AI Avatar Videos → Use HeyGen to generate lifelike avatars that deliver your script.
- Voice-Only Videos → Use Eleven Labs to generate human-sounding voiceovers and pair them with screen recordings or stock footage.
I often record screens with Descript to show tutorials, then overlay AI-generated voiceovers. It’s fast, repeatable, and fully scalable.
Step 4: Keep It Visually Interesting
Faceless videos need strong visuals. Mix B-roll and animations every few seconds. Use Descript’s built-in stock library, or HeyGen’s media sources like Getty, Pexels, and Storyblocks. You can even generate new clips with Gemini or Google Flow.
Edit for dopamine—keep motion, captions, and pattern breaks. The faster your cuts, the longer viewers watch.
Step 5: Long Form > Shorts (for Revenue)
Shorts get views but pay pennies. A 9 000-view Short might earn $0.59, while a 10-minute faceless video can earn $30 to $50. Focus on 5-15 minute videos for serious income. Repurpose Shorts on Instagram or TikTok purely for lead generation—pair them with ManyChat to auto-DM links to your offers.
Step 6: Monetize in Layers
Once your system’s running, you’ll earn from multiple streams:
- Ad Revenue: Direct YouTube payouts.
- Affiliate Income: Commissions from tools you promote.
- Community Sales: Courses or memberships like the SEO Elite Circle.

- Cross-Platform Posts: Repurpose content to X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit for extra traffic and profit.

Step 7: Build Your AI Content Factory
I manage production using one Google Sheet. Each row lists the video title, platform links, assigned editor, upload date, and view count. Green cells = 5 000 + views (success). Red = under 5 000 (retrain or replace). Everyone sees each other’s results, so the team holds itself accountable.
This setup means we publish daily—even when I’m offline.
Step 8: Script Formula That Works
Every faceless AI video follows this simple structure:
- Hook → a bold statement or shocking fact
- Story → short setup that builds curiosity
- Solution → actionable value or tutorial
- CTA → direct viewers to your next step (community, affiliate, or service)
I use Claude 4.5 for scriptwriting—it’s detailed, natural, and web-aware. Then I plug the script into HeyGen or Eleven Labs and let automation handle the rest.
Step 9: Team and Costs
I run eight editors across 49 platforms. Each video costs about $25 to edit, upload, and promote. Tools like HeyGen ($29 / mo) and Eleven Labs ($150 / mo for API plan) are negligible once divided across daily output. So a single video that earns $30 or more easily covers costs.
Step 10: Promotion That Prints Views
We don’t rely on ads—organic performs better. Paid YouTube ads can hurt your watch-time metrics. Instead, focus on organic SEO titles, optimized descriptions, and posting across multiple platforms daily. Every repurposed clip compounds exposure.
