Sora 2 Expands to More Countries
Sora 2 is finally expanding — now available in Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
Sam Altman even released a Sora-generated video speaking Thai to celebrate.
If you’re not familiar, Sora 2 is OpenAI’s video generator that turns text into cinematic clips — think TikTok meets AI filmmaking.
You can now browse and create AI videos directly from the Sora website, no invite required in the US, Canada, and Korea.
However, the mobile app rollout is still limited — it’s visible on the site but not yet downloadable in all regions.
