The other free Skool communities
Nate Herk’s AI Automation Society is one of the biggest communities on Skool, with a large free library of AI automation courses. Liam Ottley’s AI Automation Agency Hub focuses on starting and growing an AI automation agency. Skoolers is Skool’s own community and the best place to learn how to build a group on the platform. Max Business School and Online Business Friends are popular free groups for marketing and networking.
Free vs paid Skool communities
Free communities give you courses, resources and a place to ask questions. Paid communities add the things that speed up results: live coaching calls, direct access to the creator, and more advanced training. Many people start in a free group and upgrade once they know exactly what they want help with — for example, moving from AI Money Lab to the AI Profit Boardroom for four live coaching calls a week and the Agent OS.
How to get the most from a free Skool community
- Introduce yourself and say what you’re working on.
- Complete one course in your first week.
- Copy one ready-made agent or template and use it in your work.
- Ask specific questions — include what you tried and what happened.
- Share your wins — it helps others and gets you noticed.
- Check in a few times a week rather than once a month.
How to find more free Skool communities
On Skool, browse the Discover page and filter for free groups in the category you care about. Before joining, check when the community last posted, whether the creator is active, and what the classroom contains. A free group with fresh content and an engaged creator is worth far more than a huge group that’s gone quiet.
Red flags in free communities
Be wary of free groups that are only a sales funnel with no real content, groups where the creator never posts, and anything promising guaranteed income. The best free communities give genuine value first and make it easy to learn without paying.
What you’ll find inside AI Money Lab
Members get free AI courses that start from the basics, a library of 1,000+ ready-made AI agents and workflows you can copy and adapt, 50+ AI tools, 200+ prompts and new trainings added regularly. Because it’s so large, it’s also a great place to see what other people are building with AI right now — and to borrow ideas that work.
Many members use it as their first step into AI, then join the AI Profit Boardroom once they want live calls and help applying AI to their business.
Free Skool communities for different goals
If your goal is learning AI and AI agents, start with AI Money Lab. If you want to learn no-code automation, add AI Automation Society. If you want to start an AI agency, AI Automation Agency Hub is built for that. If you want to launch your own community on Skool, join Skoolers. Joining two or three focused free groups is better than joining twenty you never open.
How Skool communities work
Every Skool group has three main parts: a community feed for posts and questions, a classroom with courses, and a calendar for events and calls. Free groups usually give you the feed and classroom; paid groups often add live calls and extra courses. Skool also has a leaderboard that rewards activity, which can unlock extra content in some groups — another reason to post and engage.
Your first week in a free Skool community
Day one, introduce yourself and say what you want to achieve. Day two, start the beginner course in the classroom. Day three, copy one ready-made agent or template and try it on your own work. Day four, ask a specific question about anything you got stuck on. Day five, share what you built. That simple routine turns a free membership into real progress, and it’s exactly how many of the most active members of AI Money Lab got started.
Final verdict: free Skool community
