You can now build a full web app with user login, file uploads, and a live database in under 20 minutes.

No coding. No frameworks. Just prompts.

Web Apps vs. Websites

A website only displays pages.

A web app stores and manages user data.

It lets users log in, save progress, upload files, and return later to find everything still there.

That’s what separates a basic site from a full web app.

To make this work, you need three parts:

Authentication for user login.
A database for data storage.
File storage for uploads.

Firebase provides all three.

And Google AI Studio builds the interface and logic through simple prompts.

This combination gives you full control without any coding.

Step 1: Setting Up Firebase

Go to the Firebase console and click Get Started.

Create a new project called AI Profit Boardroom Dashboard.

Disable analytics if you don’t need it.

Once the project is ready, add a web app.

Register it and copy the configuration details that Firebase gives you.

This connects your app to Firebase later.

Next, enable authentication.

Open the build section, choose authentication, and turn on email and password sign-in.

Also enable Google Sign-In.

Add a project name and support email for branding.

Then personalize the authentication templates so your verification and password reset emails use your app’s name.

Now your Firebase setup can handle logins and manage user access securely.

Step 2: Connecting Google AI Studio

Open Google AI Studio and start a new project.

Right now it’s just a blank web page.

Paste in your Firebase configuration details and ask Google AI Studio to connect authentication.

Test it by signing up with an email and password.

When you return to Firebase, you’ll see the user appear in the authentication section.

That means your web app now has working login functionality.

Adding Email Verification

Prompt Google AI Studio to send a verification email whenever a new user signs up and to block login until the email is verified.

Sign up with a test email, verify it, and log back in.

It works perfectly.

You’ve now added professional-grade verification to your app with zero coding.

Step 3: Creating the Database

Next, create your database inside Firebase.

Go to Firestore Database, choose Standard mode, select Production, and click Create.

Set up rules that make sure users can only access their own data.

This gives every user a private, secure environment.

Now decide what data your app should store.

For the AI Profit Boardroom, I used collections for notes, uploaded files, progress tracking, and team members.

Then tell Google AI Studio to create sections on the dashboard for these features and connect them to Firestore.

Test it by adding a note or uploading a file.

Log out and log back in — the data is still there.

That’s persistence.

That’s what makes this a real app.

Step 4: Adding File Uploads

Now it’s time to let users upload files.

Go back to Firebase, open Storage, and create a new bucket.

Upgrade to the Blaze plan if needed.

Make sure each user has their own folder by setting clear permissions.

Then ask Google AI Studio to add a file upload button on the dashboard.

Have it store uploaded files in each user’s folder.

Test it.

Upload an image or PDF and check Firebase Storage.

You’ll see the files neatly organized under that user’s folder.

Delete a file from the dashboard and watch it disappear instantly from Firebase.

That’s real-time integration between the frontend and backend — built automatically through prompts.

Building a Live Dashboard

Let’s make the dashboard dynamic.

Ask Google AI Studio to display the logged-in user’s name and show real-time stats such as total uploads, saved notes, and automation progress.

You can also set limits.

For example, let free users upload only five files before showing an upgrade message.

This gives you the foundation for a freemium or paid model.

Real Business Use Cases

By now, you’ve built the core of any SaaS platform.

You’ve got login, verification, databases, file storage, and real-time UI updates.

Here are some examples of what you can build with Google AI Studio and Firebase:

A client portal where clients can log in and access project files.
A course platform where students save progress and download resources.
A CRM for tracking leads, tasks, and notes.
A team dashboard to share updates and data.
A content hub where your team stores templates and workflows.

Every one of these can be built in minutes.

How We Use It at the AI Profit Boardroom

At the AI Profit Boardroom, we used this exact system to create our member dashboard.

Members log in, upload their AI automation templates, take notes from training, and track progress — all saved to their account.

Everything syncs automatically and works across devices.

It took about 20 minutes to build using prompts.

No code. No developers.

Just pure automation.

Inside, you’ll learn how business owners and creators use Google AI Studio and Firebase to build client portals, CRMs, dashboards, and full SaaS platforms without coding.

Step 5: Going Live

Once you’re ready, deploy your web app.

Google AI Studio lets you publish directly or export your project for hosting.

When your app is live, return to Firebase and add your domain under Authorized Domains so Google Sign-In works in production.

Your users can now log in securely from anywhere.

Congratulations — you’ve just built a complete SaaS foundation using Google AI Studio and Firebase.

Why This Matters

Think about what this means for your business.

You no longer need developers for every new idea.

You can build automation tools, client dashboards, and portals yourself — instantly.

AI handles the code, Firebase manages the data, and you stay focused on growth.

That’s real leverage.
